πΏ Chamomile β Calms irritation, antibacterial & anti-inflammatory
πΌ Calendula β Gently heals tears, promotes skin repair
π Comfrey β Eases pain, speeds wound healing (external use only)
π Lavender β Relaxes body & mind, aids perineal healing
πΈ Yarrow β Reduces swelling, helps stop bleeding
π± Shepherdβs Purse β Astringent & bleeding control
πΏ Uva Ursi β Antimicrobial & soothing for tissue repair
π§ Sea Salt / Epsom Salt β Mineral-rich, anti-inflammatory
To Use:
Simmer 1 cup of herbs in 2 quarts of water for 15β20 minutes. Strain and pour into a sitz bath or shallow tub. For sitz baths, store extra infusion in the fridge and mix 50/50 with hot water for 2β3 days. You can also add it to your peri bottle (75% infusion, 25% witch hazel) for added soothing relief.
